Terrible customer service – a corner shop would offer better service. On December 5th at 9 AM, I walked in and found Aman and Jack at computers, searching for something. Neither acknowledged me or made eye contact, even though I was on the phone (waiting on hold, not walking around) to get a number plate and check on my friend's needs. I loudly mentioned I was waiting for assistance, but they didn’t respond. After 5 minutes, I asked, "Excuse me, is there anyone else who can help me?" Aman glanced at his computer and smirked rudely, while Jack gave a sarcastic smile. I waited another 5 minutes before saying, "Excuse me, would you mind helping the customer in front of you instead of focusing on someone who’s not here?" Jack told me to be patient, while Aman said someone was coming from the back to assist. The entire team was unprofessional. The person from the back office finally came out and said I had been on the phone. I explained I was on the phone to get the car registration number for parts. Jack said I just needed to be patient, and Aman claimed he couldn’t help because he was looking for parts for another customer. I pointed out that the other customer wasn’t there and I was standing right in front of them, but they were still unhelpful.
Additionally, none of them were wearing name badges, their hair was messy, and they looked unkempt, as if they had just rolled out of bed. Both of them were also leaning on the desk while talking to me.
