Nigel Dunn, owner of Flamesurge Warwick Rd Solihull. Had a log burner fitted by Flamesurge, Nigel came out on last day of fitting. We told him we were unhappy about the flue, and how it leaned against the guttering. After a heated discussion, he eventually agreed to rectify the issues we had. He promised he would return in 2 weeks. After 2 recorded delivery letters, and no response, we got in touch with Hetas, who have since condemned the log burner, and struck Nigel Dunn off their register. Nigel Dunn, failed to respond to both Hetas, and ourselves, regarding the dangerous workmanship og the fitting of the log burner. The reasons for the log burner being condemned are endless. This man, put our lives in danger, and refused point blank to do anything about it.
We have since found out he has had a few companies in different names, which go into liquidation, then he opens a new company.

Two missed appointments with Nigel and no phone calls of explanation. Very disappointing service. Felt like he didn't really value the business we could offer. Could not recommend this company given our experiences.
